Yeniz is the best trainer I ever had. I’ve had a number of PTs and trainers over the years and she is by far the most helpful. My physical fitness has improved significantly. She is very personable and attentive to my specific needs and goals. I very highly recommend her!!!
This community has changed my life! They have amazing workouts that will challenge you beyond your limits without making it impossible … having a coach makes it feel like having a personal training as they will watch your form and also scale it down if need to building you up to being able to do Rx eventually. The Gym is always clean (never smells like a laundry bag) … this is not only a gym is family.
