Great gym. They have most all the equipment you could need. Very clean facility, new machines, and good turf space. Like most gyms people don't clean up after themselves=put your weights up! Only thing I wish they had that I haven't seen is some strongman sandbags and loadable farmers carry bars. Great place to workout though!
I'm a newbie to the gym and everyone has been great. From the staff to the members.I signed up after my second visit but I was decided on the first one. They have child care, showers, lockers, etc. All the gym equipment I've tried works well.The place is always clean and the staff seems very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. There is plenty of space and multiple machines of the same ones.I recommend this place ?!
Fit 4 Life All American is the BEST gym around period! I mean, 24/7 all club access, FREE Kids Zone and classes, super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff AND all the equipment and free weights you could ever want!!! Why would you want to waste your time anywhere else?!
