they will over price you , give you an invoice with no break down on the cost for the supplies u need to do the job , this company is a scam over pricing, I was told from them if I put in a claim against them I'll get sued, look at what they charged me for , I will get in touch with who I need too
This is an amazing company. Came right out fixed my problem in less than an hour. I don't understand plumbing pricing per hour. At 60 years old this was my first plumbing issue. Financing was made EASY and the Technician walked me through every step. I thought the price was high but, but again I don't understand the price for a line that was clogged past my ability to clear it. I was happy the line was back open and the technician gave sound advice on line preventive maintenance.
One of the best customer service experiences I have had. My water heater busted over a holiday weekend and I was in the panic. Ms. Cox was so friendly and reassuring and talked me through everything. Everyone was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!
