The staff in there is excellent. Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Michelle are the best. They know their stuff, they even get on the floor, mat whatever to show you how to do it. THE BEST PHYSICAL THERAPIST. Oh, and Ms. Jackie at the front desk the best receptionist I've ever came across. She is inviting and she is very friendly. When you leave there your body will tell you that you have did the work. COME HERE AND YOU WONT REGRET IT!

Weird to rate dr offices but this one is pretty decent. Drs in Fayetteville are busy. They are overbooked and understaffed and they are doing their best. Plan for some extra time when you go to family practice here; the wait can sometimes be a little long. Radiology has always been super quick for us though. Labs are hit and miss. The staff at family practice is attentive and do a great job of making me feel heard and cared for. It's tough after the pandemic in the medical field and patience is definitely needed.

I’ve been here twice now and have only good things to say about the facility and it’s team. The place seems clean, the entire staff have been nice and considerate, while the physical therapy team are also caring, educated, and very positive. I enjoy my physical therapy here and appreciate their effort to ensure I recover.
