Check-in was easy. Overall, it was a good experience. My only complaint is that the front desk rep wasn't knowledgeable about processing gift cards upon checkout. Ultimately, another rep chimed in to answer my question who was not as friendly, but much more knowledgeable.
Jim was great! He immediately asked my about areas that concerned me. I, at first, said I had the day off and was really going for relaxation. He then asked me about the type of work I do to see if there were any target areas he could focus on. I told him my occupation and he explained what he would be doing. When he began, he immediately noticed I had a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and back, and by the time he finished I could tell a lot of that tensions was released. I believe Jim loves his profession and really enjoys helping people. Thank you so much Jim!
I cannot reccomend Jim enough. Jim provided one of the best massages I've had in a long time. He took the time to listen to my concerns, focused on the areas that needed the most attention, and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the session. I left feeling noticeably better, with much less tension and improved mobility. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping his clients feel their best. I highly recommend Jim and will definitely be booking with him again!
