This was my first time using an immersion therapy pool and the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff assisted through each step of the process. This was an excellent place to be introduced to the process.

Such wonderful people. I visited for a Rolfing Massage with Mike and he is amazing. Stayed for the chair yoga class with Mimi which is always good. What a great way to start my Day.

GW is by far the best Yoga studio ever. Me and my brother love to come here for yoga sessions and massages.Mimi is a sweetheart and very skilled at what she does. She always listens to her client’s concerns & requests, goes above & beyond to make your yoga sessions very therapeutic.Another big shoutout to Alexis, the massage therapist at Guiding Wellness. She’s phenomenal and very good at her work. Thank you guys so much !!
