Breathing Space

Breathing Space offers several services, and all are reputable by folks who frequent this establishment. I have taken yoga classes and experienced the monthly Kirtans, particularly distinct from all yoga studios in the region. The call and response singing is a wonderful, emotive practice, with the resonance of voice, percussion, strings and the warmth of the harmonium charging the room and participants into a blissful state. Lisa is the most amazing instructor and makes you really feel important. She helps ease your mind and helps you to communicate with fully with yourself. Some instructors just go through the steps but she actual helps you to figure out your individual needs and how to get there. Thank you Lisa
