It seems I'm not the only victim of this shop's prowess. I ordered the items that I desperately needed for a trip, and in the order, they stated that it would take 1-2 business days to process and 4-7 business days to ship. so I ordered ahead of time, and now it's been almost 3 weeks, There has been no response to any email regarding order status, and no phone answers. I'm trying to process a cancelation that, reading other reviews, looks like I'll be charged for regardless. So Disappointing.

Like others I placed an order a few months back. $ was taken instantly but the item was never shipped. They never answered emails asking for tracking info nor to cancel the order. I filed a dispute with my CC company and it took them 3 months to answer stating "they shipped the item to address provided".. lies. Their own site still shows the order processing. Still in dispute 3-4 months later. Buyer beware, I dont know if they were ever legit, but they now act like a well organized scam.

Like so many others have said, I too have had this horrible company charge my credit card for a product they cannot deliver and they won't issue a refund or even respond to multiple emails and phone calls. My order GMR223975 was placed on 9/14/23 for a pair of Warn hubs. My credit card was charged the day the order was placed. After several weeks with no shipping confirmation or other communication, I determined that Warn no longer makes the hubs I ordered and the parts are not available. Several times I asked that the order be cancelled and the purchase refunded.I opened a dispute with my credit card company and on 10/3 got my one and only response from Grudge Motorsports... read full review
