Saturday haircut, trying a new place. Overly humid at this location, worth noting if you are having a cut with clippers (iykyk). Staff were fantastic, friendly, fun, nice chats, good sense of humor, very down to earth folks. Special mentions from my visit: Lisa, was wonderful to work with.

Monte did a great job today. I just needed a trim. It was my first visit here. Sometimes stylists can talk your ear off (it can be too much for me), but thankfully he didn’t do that. He didn’t rip my knots. I actually had one of the best salon experiences of my life. No eyes watering, no overstimulation… a pleasant experience.

Your experience depends on which stylist is working. Recently however had a negative experience with online check in. I checked in at approx 245 on a Sunday they close at 5 waitime was around 95 mins. I recieved a text at 422 telling me to head to the salon. Upon arriving they asked if I had checked in online. I said yes but they did not have my name so I showed her the text and she added me. Then I over hear her being scolded by another telling her I shouldn't have been added because it is after 430 even though I checked in at like 245. I thought this was extremely rude and underhanded.
