Five Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently called Gore Plumbing, Heating & Air to schedule a service call because my unit was acting up, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They sent Ethan P. out, and he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He made reasonable recommendations, explained everything clearly, and even worked a bit past his normal hours to ensure my system was running smoothly before he left. This is a true family-owned and operated business that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality service!
Ethan may be a very young man, but he is very knowledgeable in his trade. He took pictures of the cause & explained thoroughly what needed to be done. He checked all areas of the house. He provided several options of work to be done. No pushy sales pitch, just an honest assessment with choices. We appreciated that we received same day service when we had a plumbing emergency late in the day. He fixed the plumbing issue that we needed done ASAP. Excellent work, knowledgeable, & friendly. He is an asset to this family’s company.
Aaron Kelner was our service Tech today. He came back to finish our repairs. There was a delay on the part of our company getting approval to complete the work needed. The approval came in yesterday late afternoon and Aaron's was sent 1st thing this morning. Aaron was very professional and had us up and running in not ime.
Aaron also had a young apprentice with him and was very patient with him showing him what needed to be done and talking him through. I am impressed that Gore Heating and Air gives our youth such a great opportunity to learn a valuable trade.
