I can honestly say that CPFAY isn't just a place to work or take a class, it's a true community. As someone who both works here and takes classes, I've seen firsthand the dedication of the instructors and staff. They're knowledgeable, supportive, and somehow always know exactly what I need to work on, literally every class!
The workouts are challenging, fun, and feel personalized no matter your experience level. Beyond the fitness, I've formed some of my closest friendships with both staff and fellow members. There's a real sense of belonging here that makes every visit special.
