Dr. Eric Schmidt was great with my daughter's school physical. We just moved here. Had all the wrong forms and he noticed instantly and agreed to sign the new ones if we bring them back without charging us again. He made my moody preteen laugh. All positive from him .... Then there's Kaylee (if I spelled that right) at the front desk, who worked with me when she found out about it, got the right forms, got the Dr to do the forms then (after our visit but before we left) and sent us out ready to go! She definitely went the extra mile for us, just like Dr. Schmidt. Thank you guys, I really needed something easy today!
Warren has excellent demeanor and attitude. Very helpful and professional, he made me feel safe, comfortable helped navigate me through my visit and follow up care. This was my second encounter with him, thank you so much for the care you give to all your patients.
I’m always in and out quickly with great care except once; BUT I can’t recommend their Neurology Dr. Who never touched me or examined me. He looked at my chart (having been discharged after TIAs) and told me to wait on my UNC referral for months. He didn’t seem to care that I still had some symptoms recurring and did nothing to help; no scan no exam, never looked in my eyes or anything normal for a Neurological Exam.
