As far as I’m concerned and based on my experience, James is one of the best techies I have met.
I remember the time when I wanted to upgrade my PC, and this was the most effortless experience because James was there to walk me through the entire process. He is great at compatibility, knowing how to explain performance, improvements, and how to troubleshoot, and knowing how deep to go. He really does make the complicated things become simple.
Most of all, I appreciated how friendly and real he was. He never hurried the process, he was happy to answer all of my inquiries, and he was very thorough in making sure everything was in tip-top condition. He is always available and has extensive knowledge, and in all honesty, he was a very great person to team up with.
For anybody with computer inquiries, James is the best and I’d recommend him to anybody!

James Hodges with Fayetteville Computer Repair is absolutely awesome! What makes him so awesome is his honesty and integrity. He took the time to research what would best suit my needs, and he made sure he gave me all of the options before I made a decision. He didn't try to take advantage by only promoting his service. This type of customer service is rare and hard to find these days. For this reason alone I recommend James and his team for all of your PC needs. Now I understand why this company has all 5 ⭐ ratings!!

James was amazing!! From our very first phone call he was very friendly. There was excellent communication from the beginning until it was time for me to pickup my laptop, he made sure my laptop was working properly. He was able to get the infamous blue screen off so I could get back into my laptop. It’s been almost 2 years since I was able to use my laptop and James fixed it! I am so happy. Even though all of my files weren’t able to be recovered (there were too many) that’s ok. I’m just glad I’m able to use my laptop again. I recommend James to anyone looking to get their computer/laptop fixed.

Extremely quick, efficient, and patient. I'm very tech savvy and I'm usually able to figure out any PC issues I run into. So when I couldn't figure what was wrong with my custom PC, I was overwhelmingly distraught. He was able to diagnose + fix + return the PC all within a few hours on a Sunday afternoon.

Experienced, quality, responsive computer service. Our old computer was on its “last legs” and James analyzed the problems expertly. He then built us a new system and we are good as new. The experience was everything we hoped for. He even comes to you with a professional and friendly attitude. No more Geek Squad or fly-by-night “experts” for us! James is our go-to computer man.
