I came into this place with a lot of pain in my back. I didn't know how everything was going to turn out. It was my first time going to a Chiropractor so I was so nervous. Dr. McDowell assured me that everything was going to be alright. I'm feeling so much better now thanks to Dr. McDowell. I recommend Fayetteville Accident & injury center.
I would like to share my experience visiting Fayetteville accident n injury center. The secretary is very top notch professional answer any questions. Mr Joshua and his other doctor are so professional and explain all the treatment procedures before and after of what they are doing to help you. Most important all the staff is extremely NICE which says a lot about this business. I am current patient and DO if fact trust my wellness of becoming better physically with more improvements day by day. I would definitely recommend them if you need a local chiropractor in Fayetteville.
This was my first visit. I felt very comfortable the whole time. Dr. McDowell was very kind and made sure I was comfortable and didn’t have any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!
