Crystal did a phenomenal job washing and trimming my hair. I have extra long hair (half way down my thighs) that is thick which typically results in a less than positive reaction from whomever is doing my hair as it is a lot to deal with. Crystal was super friendly and didn't make me feel like my extra long, thick hair was an inconvenience. She was very gentle and thorough with both washing and brushing my wavy/curly hair that knots easily. I will definitely be asking for her from now on!

This was my first visit to this location as I usually go to the one in Hope Mills where I live. My favorite hairstylist left Hope Mills (moved out of state) and I have had two at the HM location that I was not happy with. My sister recommended Mary at Ramsey and I just LOVED her!!! She listened to what I wanted and even went through Pinterest with me! She offered me coffee and water which has never happened at any other Fantastic Sams I have been to. The time flew by as Mary and I chatted like old friends. I would definitely recommend her!!!

I came in to get my almost 3 year old his haircut. Normally he’s chill when he gets a haircut but he was having an off day I guess and was just not having it.. I am so thankful to Nesha for her professionalism and patience with us as my son was being less than helpful ? mind you we cut off an entire mullet and gave him a handsome toddler cut, and it was perfect!
