Very unprofessional. Called in made an appointment for my mother to get feed in braids. Was told that we could come in. However get there sat an waited over an hour only for the stylist to say she was tired and was scrolling through her phone to see if someone else can come in to do my mother's hair. Very unprofessional why book an appointment to cancel on the client when she gets there and sit and wait.
