I used this inspection service over a year ago when I bought my house for a pre-inspection. They were very thorough and there has been no major issues on my home that the company did not provide me in their report. This has made my home buying experience much easier. Late review but I was recommending this company to a friend and wanted to review.I utilized this DHI a few years ago to inspect my new home before the end of my 1 year builder’s warranty. Let’s just say I wish I hired him before we closed!Outstanding service and thorough reporting!Highly recommend!
I initially started using Discovery Home Inspections when I saw the care and time Chris Barnes took with the buyers on an older home in Haymount that needed some help. His attention to detail was awesome. What really stood out was the care with which he handled the buyers. The process which could have been scary was professional, informative and done in a manner which gave the buyers confidence that their prospective home was indeed inspected by a professional. This put the buyers at ease, knowing exactly how to proceed with their purchase.
