I have had three different commercial projects completed by DORC over the last several years. All three projects were not your typical re-roofing project in any way but DORC had the technical skills creativity to do the roofing projects where so many other "roofing" companies I contacted were clueless about how to tackle my needs. Mr. Odom fixed the flashing on my chimney. He told me my roof was good for another four or five years. This was after a competitor told me my roof was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. Stick with the local guy and not the new guys in fancy trucks.
