I took my 14 year to dye, cut and wash and set. The people were welcoming but the results was terrible. The older lady does not know how to cut hair. My daughter wanted a light brown color with long layers. But hair turned out orange with a terrible cut. My daughter cried the entire day after. Plus they charge me $453. Ridiculously expensive with no promising results

I hate that I even had to leave this review but I had a terrible experience. I asked for something very simple honey brown with layers showed the lady my inspo pic more than once and she played in my hair. The hair color was not at all what I asked for, my layers were chopped I had them dye my eyebrows and they were horrible it was so bad I went home and cried! And the price was ridiculously expensive and yes I compared it to different salons they charged me $653. I call the salon back they tell me to come back in and they’ll fix it. I go back and sit in the chair for 6 hours! I show her the same inspo pic. She showed me some browns I told her they were to dark she says she’s gotta go a little darker because my hair is too light. Needless to say it was still not want I wanted after sitting there for soo long it was pointless to even complain again obviously the lady was not listening to what I wanted she was doing what she wanted. I just feel like if I’m paying $653 I should be able to get the color I asked and again it wasn’t anything difficult a honey brown with layers something that should’ve been easy for a hair stylist.

Cristina’s salon was super relaxed but still very professional. I love that the salon is kid-friendly—it’s really welcoming for anyone who needs to bring their little ones. The salonist saved me when I had an appointment booked at another salon that was closed when I showed up for my said appointment. I called Cristina’s salon and was told I can come in right then.

The salonist that serviced me was reliable and made room for me even though I walked in without an appointment.

I got highlights and a haircut, and even while juggling other clients all alone, she still gave me great attention and top-tier service. My hair came out amazing and exactly how I wanted it. Her prices are also very reasonable, which is always a plus.

Ms. Cristina and her staff are true professionals who are serious about their clients hair health. To add, the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. She is now my hair care angel with gifted hands. These ladies can service any type of hair. I'm very pleased with the services I receive.
