Spencer and his team did an outstanding job converting a game room and pantry into an ADA-accessible bedroom suite in our 125+ year-old home. They had to overcome unlevel floors and ceilings, non-plumb walls, out-of-square everything, and demanding homeowners. They were able to give us a suite that matched the aesthetic we were going for, which was 1930s, as that is when we assume the home was originally plumbed and electrified. Despite its old-school looks, the suite is extremely modern and energy efficient with smart lighting, spray foam insulation, energy efficient windows, and a dedicated mini-split HVAC system.
