Dr. Saini, appears to be pleasant when you talk to her, but my experience with her was extremely disappointing. After undergoing a surgical procedure, I found the results to be far from satisfactory, especially considering the significant investment I made. Additionally, I felt that her pre- and post-operative care was lacking, as there were minimal instructions provided and insufficient follow-up. Based on my experience, I would advise potential patients to consider other options when seeking a plastic surgeon. Please take this into account as you make your decision

This doctor is horrible i had a tummy tuck from her in 2020 and im still suffering from it she left stuff in my stomach and my Virginia area I had to get three more surgeries to correct it this was the biggest mistake of my life dealing with her and she had no empathy on the matter when I kept complaining I was never going to speak out about this but the pain that I go thru on a daily basis is a constant reminder of what she did I'm just glad to be alive it caused me so many infections in my body please do your research never let this lady cut on you don't go to her

Had a disastrous implant and the Dr. put me back normal and loving the result. I had sketch estimates and procedure evaluations that were just scary. She made me feel safe throughout the procedure.

Excellent experience getting a VI Peel here (1st peel ever). The office is inviting and Dr Saini and Candace are helpful in suggesting what will help you achieve your goals. Will definitely be back for another peel.

Very disappointing as Dr Sanai was all about communicating and helping me until I started to feel uncomfortable. I had read the reviews and although her lines in pictures were not as clean as my friends had warned me about I continued to talk about what I wanted done. I was rushed to make a deposit and wasn’t sure how far her office was from where we were moving to, I proceeded. When we arrived I was in the process of moving, finding out my husband would be deploying and dealing with some other medical concerns. Dr Sanai was over two hours away and I was told I needed to pay in full two weeks prior to a consult or surgery. I said it was too much for me right now and I would cancel. I was then told my deposit was non-refundable and would be held as a credit. After pleading with the secretary she said she would discuss with the doctor. I also reached out to the doctor. NO RESPONSE. I wanted two weeks and reached out, NO RESPONSE. A small deposit I could understand but $1,000 just seems a scam.. they won’t even respond now and it just makes me sick how she said she supported the military and looked out for us. I should have believed the bad reviews! Lesson learned Response- none of my medical history was requested and no, this was not explained to me numerous times. I got an estimate after the video consult. Nothing was sent to me explaining the process!

FRAUD Alert! This “doctor” doesn’t know nothing about injectables. I asked them if they do do eyesight injections and she told me she has never done it but shouldn’t be any different then anything else. I was skeptical but went in. She told me it might not work for my dark circles and I said I’d take that loss. She injected me where it didn’t belong and it created awful bulges under my eyes and every-time I called her about it she said it takes 3 months to get better. Finally after 3 months she agreed to do a dissolver for me. She also didn’t know how to do it, as I didn’t feel anything and nothing improved. She said it also takes 3 months. After a month I got sick of it and went to another specialist. They had to do an MRI under my eyes and inject a lot of dissolver which was very painful. But it started working right away. After just 3 days all the dissolver disappeared. They also told me that Dr. Saini placed the filler in the wrong places. I contacted her today asking for my refund of the filler and that I would absorb the $500 for the dissolver I had to pay another company for. She said they have a no refund policy. She also doesn’t know anything about Botox. You’ll have to go back 3 times to get a normal dose. I will be posting a bad review everywhere I can find them and contacting plastic surgery board and everyone I can. She will make you sign an agreement before any procedure because she knows she is completely unexperienced. DO NOT sign anything at this office! I’m surprised she didnt kill anyone yet. FRAUD!!!
