Devon and Josh are amazing! They installed my new HVAC unit on 8/6/26 and did a phenomenal job. Not only were they professional but they were also informative. They were able to install and get our system operational the same day. True life savers. Fingers crossed that I won't have to see these gentlemen again anytime soon but I wouldn't want anyone else to work on our home. They are the best!
Justin and Ian were on time, customer focused, and true professionals. Any questions I had were answered and addressed. Brandi went thru all things involved to make sure this happened! I highly recommend this company to everyone
I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with Carolina Cool Heating & Air. They were extremely diligent with communication, scheduling and installation. Every single person, from the scheduler to my account contact to the installers, were helpful, professional and absolutely delightful. I cannot stress enough how great my experience was and I will use them for all future HVAC services.
