John and his team did an amazing job with my floors! I had them refinish hardwood floors (and some repairs) as well as pulling up carpet and installing LVT. He quoted me the best price and timing to get the work completed. Throughout the process I was updated on the status of the work without needing to ask.

I had a rental where the tenants flooded the entire downstairs.
