Service is good, Taylor is really awesome. The only thing I don't like is that I can't manage my appointment via the website or app. This place is still recommended, though!
I have been going here a little over a year and I have had the best experience with Shana. She’s awesome. I’ve seen a significant difference in my hair growth since I started coming to her. She makes you comfortable throughout the entirety of your session and doesn’t mind if you talk her ear off.
Today was my first visit here and it was fantastic! I booked with Shana and she was awesome. Extremely kind, gentle, and her interpersonal skills were superb. My wax looks and feels so smooth. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this location. It’s not only aesthetically pleasing to view but very clean and cute! The front desk staff is also very friendly and provides great customer service.
