Great guys and very knowledgeable. They made recommendations and explained in details how the system works and the importance of maintaining a maintenance program/ schedule, so that our units last longer.
I used Blackwell Heating and Air for my periodic mash/service. Conner was sent as my service Technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable and Proficient. He gave me an excellent review of the services performed and the current condition of my units. Great Job!!!
They responded quickly to my after hours call regarding my AC unit that stopped working. They were friendly and very prompt in their response. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem that same day. They also answered all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated their service, and would definitely recommend them!
