My technician Ishmael was very knowledgeable, he was courteous, he explained everything he was going to do and then explained everything he did do. This was the fall maintenance service and, in addition to checking everything out and cleaning everything up, he found a part that wasn’t operating up to specifications. He explained the situation, recommended that we replace it, told me the cost, and then did the repair. Top notch service all the way.
We were having issues with our air-conditioning system. They sent out representative. Daniel, the service technician was very nice professional and explained exactly What the problem was.He was not pushy, very friendly and professional. I appreciate that and a service person. Thank you..
I will recommend BASS to anyone that will ever need their AC unit diagnose and repair. I called at 9am and I was scheduled for 3pm to 5pm . The Technician came in 4:0pm. Paul is such a great and nice Technician. His approach and manner of explaining what was wrong with my AC system was so welcoming and well explained. I will recommend having him in future when ever I call for services.
