I gave four stars because while the workmanship was good in the end, there were issues with workmen frequently not showing up as scheduled (and not caused by weather which was understandable a few times), paint spilled on my porch, missing medicine cabinet shelves, old plumbing pipes not hauled away (left in my unfinished basement) and mis-application of a check. On a positive note, I will say Andrew, my Project Manager was always available to me by phone and text. The tree fell on my house May 15th hitting a small bathroom, going through the roof front and back and damaging a roof joist. I signed with ATI July 2nd. It took about 4.5 months to complete the job. Andrew and Jerry from ATI Restoration were absolutely amazing! They worked together to replace the insulation, ceiling, and walls, and the results were excellent. What impressed me most was how efficiently they worked without disrupting our busy schedules. Professional, reliable, and friendly the entire time. I highly recommend ATI and especially Andrew and Jerry for anyone needing restoration work!

Keith is very dedicated with all of the many projects that were required to complete the required Restoration repairs in crawl space underneath my home. He explains in detail what had to be done and completed the entire job. Thank you Keith for helping me understand everything required, a lesson for me well done !!
