If I could give it less than zero Stars I would this place is very unprofessional the so-called director talk to my wife like she was dirt and they lied to us. Mr Colvin the owner of this establishment which owns Colvin Funeral Home on Murchison Road is also a liar he told my wife that she would not have to deal with these people because of the way they treated her he would deal with her personally he would not return calls he would not talk to me Point Blank do not use this business. Took almost 3 months to get this procedure completely done because they messed up the paperwork and took their time sending it back in to get it corrected and tried to make my wife feel like it was her fault when the girl that typed it up admitted that she messed it up they did not even apologize or even come out to offer their condolences to my wife when we picked up her mother's ashes.

The people here were respectful and helpful about the loss. The death certificates are $10 per page (10 is the limit) and cremations are around $990-1,100 depending if you get all 10 death certificates. However, they said the cremation would be done in a few days and they would call, but I didn't get notified until almost 3 weeks later.

As being a Funeral Director, there was no compassion shown for the Bereaved. Although this is not a full service Funeral Home, there still should be consideration shown to people that is going through a difficult time.
