If you are reading this you are probably in a bad place right now. Don’t hesitate to call these guys to handle your cleanup. It is hard to trust some contractors but these guys came through without fail. There was no hidden costs or surprises of any kind. They worked at great length with my insurance company. For reference, I had extensive water damage that I called them to handle. They responded immediately and took care of business. Chris was phenomenal and kept me updated constantly and was even accessible after normal business hours. He also went the extra mile working with my insurance company. I would not hesitate to call them again!!

Absolutely outstanding experience with 911 Restoration in Fayetteville, NC. Their team responded quickly, worked efficiently, and got everything taken care of the right way. Brittany was always easy to reach and great with communication throughout the entire process. Blake and Cameron made sure every detail was handled properly and that the job was done right. Contacted 911 Restoration to address water damage to my rental property as a result of a hvac malfunction. The initial coordination and estimate provided was smooth. The execution is where they failed to meet my expectations especially with the amount of money involved to perform the water damage remediation and to repair the home. The leak started in the attic yet despite my concerns as well as my tenants they never went into the attic aside from initial inspection pictures. Second but main issue was billing the original estimate called for 4 days of work which they require half the estimate amount as a deposit to start working and the other half when complete. They were able to pull the equipment early however still sent me a bill for the remainder of the original estimate. I pointed that out they made an adjustment and sent me an updated bill with a lower amount due but it wasnt an itemized bill. So I then asked for an itemized bill and had questions which after talking with them by phone twice that day I went from owing almost $1600 down to around $250. This was just for phase one of the project. To this date they have not reached out to me or my insurance company to provide an estimate to finish fhe repairs to my home. So since mid February I have had a hole in my ceiling and the adjacent wall. Needless to say I will hire someone else to finish the job but cant believe this is how I was treated and how I was just left hanging. So again while they may respond quickly to a situation I would suggest you throughly review your estimate and final bill before blindly making payment.

We had an awful water leak at our office over night. It was not discovered until 7:30 am the next morning and we immediately called here. I dealt with Blake and he was outstanding during the whole process. He called me, even if it was after hours, to keep me updated and informed about how the process was going.
