My experience with this company was 12 star worthy. From scheduling my appointment to the amazing job done with my stove. The younglady that scheduled my appointment was professional and kind. She wanted to ensure that my scheduled time was convenient for me. Mr Andrew was early, very professional and had my stove working in 30 minutes or less when 3 others came over 2 months and didn't have a clue. I even brought a new stove and Home Depot didn't know how to get it working so I had them take it back. I am so glad my Warranty company sent 3 J's. Best professional service I had for a while here in Fayetteville. Mr.Andrew thank you.

Positive experience all around, Mr. Andrew arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix while parts were ordered. When the parts arrived he again arrived when expected and installed the parts. Repair was successfully completed. I would recommend 3Js appliance repair.
