I can’t say enough good things about this company. The owner, Patrick, is a stand up guy, a pillar in the community, and has a big heart for people in need. Their service techs are the absolute best in the business. A young man named Aiden serviced my AC this morning, and I couldn’t be happier. He was very professional and I was shocked that a 22 year old was so knowledgeable. I could tell he actually enjoyed what he does for a living and is hungry to be the best in his field. Those type of employees are priceless!
Eubanks has handled both residential and commercial service calls for us. They always manage to see us the same day or next day- even during the dead of summer when our tenant’s AC went out. Both Carson and Erik have recently done service calls for us. They were both exceptionally personable, professional, and knowledgeable, making sure to explain what they did and prepare us for any issues that might arise with the much older AC units we have. (One is 40 years old!!)
Just had Carson from EMI come by to do maintenance on my father's AC. He was very professional and meticulous. If every one of EMI's techs are like him, this is a top notch business, keep up the good work
