I visited the salon today and Alexandria (Ally) provided excellent customer service- she listened to the hair products I used, my wants and needs. She explained each thing she did step by step. Going to River's Edge is like going home. The atmosphere is friendly and everyone works well together. Kaitlin always listens to my ideas and brings me to life when I leave the chair. 10/10 recommend ?

Very satisfied with my last appointment, not only with my stylist, Kaitlin, but with the whole atmosphere. Everyone genuinely seemed to love their job and very interactive with their clients. The online booking made making an appointment so easy and gives you a pricing guideline. I recommend for anyone looking for a salon that offers it all and has good positive vibes.
