“When we decided to make an addition to our existing home to expand our kitchen and bathroom, we called Mark with COD Home Services. He had completed two jobs earlier with friends and the work was impressive. We met with Mark and talked at length about what we would like to include. Mark got back to us with plans he created based on our discussion. He offered good suggestions and worked with us, tweaking the plans back and forth. Yes, the actual construction took longer than expected, but the final product is beautiful and the craftsmanship is excellent. Mark is good with communicating, usually calling back in a couple of hours (if he doesn’t answer when you call). Jason and Van were the lead framing carpenters for our job. They had exceptional attention to detail and we could always count on their work being done right. I firmly believe the renovation project would have taken twice the time if I had used another contractor.
