My friend went to Cid and she was very rude told her to sit still and talk to her an adult. My friend has a restless leg being yelled at by this doctor was just uncalled for. My friend has decided to never go back due to Cids uncalled for rudeness and not listening to her when she described the pains she was going through with her eyes.

Dr. Bondalapati is an excellent and caring doctor, which is a rarity these days. I will and would Highly recommend her to anyone who has problems with their sight.

Was told it was going to be $100 for eye exam, the received a $500 bill! Just for an exam! Very rushed appointment. Not patient oriented. On the paperwork I indicated I was having pain in my eye and no one asked me about it. Why did I have to do all that paperwork if no one reads it?? Oh, yeah-it’s so they can charge you $500 for a eye exam and make you pay the bill because you signed the paper.

I have very bad eyesight, it is said but a thousand other human beings see as I see; not to imply that anything great or unnatural, it is just the vision trait isn't blind but pretty much near and far sighted. My eyes are curved somewhat like a football which bends the light more severe and of course makes seeing without lenses is a difficult and anxiety provoking circumstance. with this said , I needto highly recommend the fabulous eye care of SailjaraBonaparti ( I'm sincerely sorry to have butchered your name my dearest lady!) anyway, I was a pitiful patient brought to you by God's good grace last winter early spring time, with a raging infection in my right eye, as I entered your exam room with my eye inflamed red and purple trying to not bump into anything or to upset anyone or anything you comforted me with your compassion and skill of experience and care for your field of expertise, it was in your infallible manner and ease of direction in which I felt my insecurity of being in such a state of a person who was suffering and had very little hope from many aspects besides my obviously injured eye, your beautiful nature calmed me and assured my mind that I had found a true gift unto humanity. This is high praise someone might ponder, being without much more detail of back story, but I'd counter with the truth being in your presence and having the privilege in having this experience themselves in high hopes that all will come to my grande gratitude and sincere testimonial of your wonderful presence and lovely disposition of professionalism and compassion as a fellow human being, it is these positive affirmations that I feel honored to pass along in your name, I am unsure if you will receive this , but I hopeful that it will find you and lift you up , just as you have unexpectedly but most deservedly earned!!! I go in for an eye exam on June 14th, I was told the exam would be $100. 2 months later I get a bill for $288 Dated August 10th and only have 20 days to pay it. I get an $86.40 Discount and already paid $100 upfront, so now I owe $101.60. I call in to see why I owe more and they said the $100 is just an estimate, well being charged almost 3x as much later is not an estimate, and seeing someone was charged $500 it looks like its their "starting at" to get you in the door to scam you later on.The lady then offered me a 4 month payment plan, charged my card, then said they can no longer offer it because the amount due is now less than $100... after being on hold for a supervisor I was told that I can get the payment refunded to "qualify" for the payment plan again. Then i'd pay half now, half next month, and that will be the actual payment plan, not what I was told before. Overall their a huge mess to deal with, bunch of scammers, don't train their employees properly and I'd never come back again or recommend them to anyone.
