I recently had Ellis Robeson Electric come out to troubleshoot an issue with my Generac generator. They were prompt in scheduling the service, and the technician was able to identify the problem and get to the cause of the issue.
I later spoke with Ashton regarding some questions and concerns I had about the gas regulator and their maintenance service agreement. I really appreciated the way he handled the conversation. He was polite, listened carefully to my concerns, and took the time to discuss them with me. He also offered to explain in detail exactly what their service agreement covers, which I greatly appreciated.
