Safe and friendly salon. There are multiple salons in the area but none have given me the attention, quality of service or the personal care that Star Nails has. HIGHLY recommended. I will not go anywhere else ?

Its one of best Nail place in Elizabeth City. Everyone is very pleasing and very good at what they do.
Requested style: I have my nails style with a fan design which is very old and everyone can make this design,but place can.
