I needed to see if seals needed to be replaced on the garage doors. I had been told by another company that I needed all seals replaced because mice were getting in. They quoted over $1700 for the job. I called my go-to garage service, Northeastern to get a second quote.
Miraculously, I did not need any seals replaced to keep mice out but it would be good to replace two side strips that were drying out and cracking. The repair, if I wanted it, was $240. No pressure.

Great experience. The service tech (Harley) was professional, informative, efficient, and personable. He took the time to explain everything needed and not needed. Would definitely recommend.
Second time using this company and each time the experience — contact, service, quality of work and products — is excellent. Today Harley serviced both garage doors, explaining everything very clearly and even teaching how to take care of some maintenance myself. Highly recommend this company.
