First timer: I arrived as a walk-in at 9am, Mrs. Lisa greeted me with a smile, asked me what I needed done, and she delivered above and beyond. I was so super nervous because my daughter generally does my hair, but Lisa listened to my needs, eased my anxiety, saw the vision, and she shaped me wig exactly like I love it done. Did a great job on my husband's hair. He usually never likes a haircut perfectly, but he had zero complaints here. Also had them clean up a bad hair cut I got from somewhere out of town, and I am happy with it.

I have held off on leaving a review because I wasn't sure if the bad hair cut I received a few months back was just a fluke. Turns out it wasn't. I will start by saying it completely depends on who you have cutting your hair. The one lady with long dark hair and glasses is an absolute gem. She does everything exactly the way that you ask and confirms before cutting a single strand of hair. If you end up with the lady who constantly has her hair up in a messy bun, godspeed.
