“From the first phone call to the conclusion of my mother's service the staff (especially Kevin Reiver and Beth) gave us exceptional assistance. They were very proficient and compassionate, taking time to listen to our requests and discuss our options. They made a heartbreaking time much easier and I knew from the start that I could trust them faithfully with the arrangements. My mother's service was exactly as she wanted. She asked for it to be a reflecting celebration of her life and not a sad time. Kevin conducted the service perfectly. From all the stories, memories and requests, he made her service lighthearted and very funny at times because that's exactly how my mother was! Plus, she was always running late and he was easily able to work that in the beginning of her service too. Throughout the eulogy, he got several good chuckles and laughs from her family and friends.
