I am a senior citizen on a fixed income that lives abroad. I have a rental who comfort zone heating and air services every year. Kenny and his team are very professional, honest, hardworking and most of all the epitome of customer service. It is difficult to find quality servicemen living abroad that you can trust. I have only great things to say about these guys. I called needing an estimate when my central unit went out during the coldest part of the year with snow and ice everywhere. I figured they might come out in a day or so due to weather and distance from them to my house. They were at my house within hours, they provided a quote before they left, and answered all of my questions. They discussed the replacement with me and said they could schedule quickly to get me going again. On the day of replacement they ensured I was aware of a slight delay in schedule and they were fast and efficient. OMG! Huge thanks to Comfort Zone!
After recently installing a new central air unit under my double-wide trailer, everything was working fine—until suddenly, one side of my home stopped getting any air. I called Comfort Zone, and Kenny came out right away. Within minutes, he identified the issue, quickly assessed the situation, and had it fixed on the spot.
I was so relieved—just the day before, another company quoted me $8,400 to make the repair. Comfort Zone resolved the entire issue for only $150! Now my entire home is cool and comfortable again.
