“This was my first visit, but I have no complaints. I am glad that my experience did not mirror reviews I read up here. The staff was willing to accommodate me coming after work (I am relieved). I had pink and white ombre nails when I came in and they explained that they couldn't duplicate it and I was ok with that as I mentioned I probably would start my nails over again later anyway. O must mention that appreciate his honesty in this. Some technicians will promise you they can do something and then when they don't deliver, they don't assume responsibility. My nail technician did , however, offer a solution to give the ombre look by using mood polish and I was satisfied. When I returned home, even my neice was impressed. This is a huge feat as she's extremely picky. The two other customers that were in there also seemed pleased with their services. This may have been my first time, but hopefully it won't be my last.“
