Cliff's repair service answered our call promptly. Because of the age of the machine he wasn't sure he could get the part needed. A week later the machine is fixed and washing again. Came to repair exactly when he said he would. There was an error in the bill that wasn't discovered until after the repair and he promptly called and told us we had been overcharged. Our money was returned within the hour. I Will call Cliff's again!!

Found this company through Whirlpool when I had to call in a dishwasher repair under warranty. I must admit I was a little nervous when I saw the other Google reviews. Cliff's Appliance was out to service the dishwasher the very next day and they found a simple loose wire which fixed the problem. I was really impressed at their promptness since that's pretty rare in our rural community. Very pleased with the service.Service: Dishwasher repair

I called to see when they were coming and they said between 10 and 1. Mike showed up at 10:05. He took care of the warrantee issue with whirlpool quickly and was gone by 10:45. I spoke with cliff, his secretary and the tech and all were polite. Service was quick and easy. I can't rate them high enough because living in Coinjock it's hard to get any service technicians for anything. This is a family owned business and they do great work. They are First rate and I recommend them highly. Give them the work and you won't be sorry.
