Speaking from a viewpoint of a client, as well as a funeral home employee, Joyce Monuments has always been extremely helpful and accommodating in what can be some of the hardest moments in life. I have had many conversations with Rhonda Evans for both my customers at our funeral home, and my personal family markers as well. Those conversations have always been quite pleasant, helpful with a promise of a quick completion to our satisfaction. Very compassionate group of people. Unfortunately we have had to use their servi ce for 2 close family members. But they were very detail oriented and made us feel like our headstones were top priority. They added color to my dad's headstone 20 years ago and it has never faded. I would recommend them to anyone!

The thought, care and compassion that Joyce Monuments puts into their products and service goes beyond my expectations. From the first call to last call and installation they treated me and my order like we were their only customer. Their process is a lot faster than other companies have contacted considering the delays and shortages due to Covid. If you are reading this review more than likely you're searching for a company due a loss. I reached out to a few companies during this process and I honestly say Joyce Mounnents is the best option I found.
