However, the office's phone answering process can be improved, as some staff members may be perceived as rude or unprofessional. Overall, the medical center prioritizes patients' well-being and provides quality care.

The nurse calls patients back for a thorough checkup. Wait time is reasonable. The medical center is clean, and the doctor does not make you feel as if he is hurrying through your visit.
Ann white and Dora in their office is great!They always are so accommodating and have 5 star bedside manner. Dora is so empathetic, understanding and awesome! If I was a physician I'd want her on my team to retain my patients. Ann is gem and always listens to my concerns then addresses them.However Tracy that answers the phones was incredibly rude, not understanding and very unprofessional! I was so sick and couldn't hold down water for 4 days and she insisted I drive to their office and do a "car visit" for a COVID test.Lady!!! I will throw up all over my car, myself and possibly someone else. I didn't have any respiratory or mucus related symptoms and I'm covid negative....read full review
I made an appt. With my regular doctor. Was not aware they booked me in with another doctor. Was told there were no rooms available and i can wait in the waiting room until a room is ready. Thats when i found out i was booked to see someone else. Other patients were coming and going. I waited. And waited. .......and waited. This is ridiculous. I made appt. With my doctor. Not another one. I only needed a prescription refill. I should not have to wait so long. No one should.
