One of the locations in my region was in a pinch. We made a call and within 1 hour In comes a young man (Mason) that looks to be about 19 (the Blessing). Mason presented and explained what the job entailed, what his approach would be, and got right to work! Not only was he the ultimate Professional, he and his assistant (who was just as phenomenal), knew their business, and they did excellent work, from start to finish, top to bottom! I mean flawless work! I don't know who was better, my contact at Dyers who had just the right touch of follow up and keep me posted, or Mason and crew in the building. Charles the the kind of Technician that is to the point, completely professional and a get her done type of guy. Appreciated that Dyer s3nt him out for our first service with them. I will have them on speed dial for future needs.
