Not a single time I had to wait for my appointments, perhaps because they were super early in the morning like 6:30-7:00am. The whole process from beginning to end was phenomenal!!! Dr. French was my surgeon and Dr. Harris saw me for my follow ups. Both of them very ethical, professional and kind Doctors, I cannot thank all of them enough. Even the receptionists were sweet and kind, the technicians as well, the whole team is amazing… they have golf carts that can take you to your car after the appointments when you are dilated. I mean I have so many good things to say I can’t even type them all. My vision is close to 20/20 which I am very pleased. So so happy and blessed!! ?️ ?️ ?????????.“

“Although the staff was friendly and very helpful, the actual eye doctor was not at all thorough. Not sure I really had an eye exam at all. He did not test an entire eye chart or use various lenses as is usually the case. Not sure how he could tell anything. His equipment kept fogging up and his questions were vague. They said I needed the same prescription but I ended up having to pay for new lenses since they had made a mistake measuring my lenses the year before. I had suffered a year with my long distance being incorrectly place in my frames but still ended up spending another $200 for new lenses in my last year frames... Also I did not get any receipt.
UPDATED: I have returned to this company and if you ask for Emily Raynor you get Excellent care and service. She is the best! My glasses work amazingly well now and I feel that all of my issues have been resolved. Thank you !“
