“I'd like to give a HUGE shoutout to Grasshoppers for their customer service, as well as their impeccable work! My husband and I had to let our previous landscaping company go abruptly, and we were in a bind. He was deployed, and I was getting ready to go visit him for a lengthy time. I looked to NextDoor to find recommendations from neighbors. I found three companies with good reviews and reached out to them, giving them 48 hours to respond with a bid for the job. I asked if they had room to add a permanent client, and I was transparent with my request, stating that I needed to have a new company in place quickly, and that I was reaching out to three companies for an estimate. This was a slam dunk sale for one of the three companies. Grasshoppers came through and we hired them sight-unseen. The other two didn't even bother to respond. While we were out of town, we received a text from our neighbor complementing the crew that was working at our home. Our neighbor has never taken the time to mention this, and had no idea that this was a new company that we had just hired. We are very satisfied with Mr. Cagle and his employees and recommend them to our neighbors!
