Booked an appointment more than 2 months out. The receptionist let me know 3 days before my appointment that they no longer take my insurance. Very frustrating. I specifically made sure to ask if my insurance that worked last time was still covered when I called for the appointment.In addition, the receptionist is not very friendly and emailed my script to the wrong email address last time I had the appointment. Shame, the optometrist is high quality.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Woldorff today and found her to be friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. She listened and discussed my vision with me in a way that made me feel both respected and valued. Her optician was also personable and helpful. I highly recommend Woldorff Family Optometry.

I have been a client of Dr Woldorf for about 5 years. I thought I had vision change issues and needed new glasses. I was having severe headaches and visual blurriness. The insurance would not cover this since it was prior to my annual visit. Rather than rushing me along, she was very thorough in identifying the correct problem. I did not need new glasses. It is too lengthy to describe the problem. But I was very impressed at her willingness to take the time to identify the problem and find a no-costs solution. Much thanks, Dr. Woldorff
