after " improvements" still awful. once again getting essentail supplies is impossible i was told they will be here in a week and now after 2 weeks nothing everyone blames someone else.
There has only been one instance where i had good service with this Company and that was working with the Liaison Team at UNC. They came to my room prepared to answer all questions, very Professional and courteous. Ever since then working with that company to get resupplies has been hell. Whoever the Liaison team is at UNC should be running that place.....
