I cannot say enough good things about Natasha, Melissa and the great staff at Total Look Concept. The team not only does a great job with my hair (which I can be picky about) but they're super friendly and make you feel like family. Every time I go there everyone is smiling and having a good time that I can't help but do the same. Scheduling is easy and they're very accommodating. Karen does an awesome job with any color (vivids, natural color, etc).
She's been in the business for 20+ years and is always learning the newest trends. If I ever don't know what I want done, she will always brainstorm with me and have great suggestions.
The most important thing to me is that she always listens to what I may want done and executes it perfectly ever time.

Nancy Rigsbee Pickrell is The BEST nail tech EVER. I NEVER worry as to if all her equipment is clean and sanitized. She does a GREAT pedicure and manicure. I'm always welcomed when I go and LOVE every minute. Great gift ideas too!! â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
